How to brief a custom inflatable project

The information a workshop needs to turn a creative idea into a viable proposal: purpose, scale, venue, dates, finish and technical constraints.

How to brief a custom inflatable project

01

Describe the intended experience

Explain what the audience should see or do: notice a brand, enter a space, reveal a product, create light, project an image or interact with an object.

02

Share scale and venue information

Overall dimensions, plans, photographs, ceiling height, access, floor loading, suspension points and indoor or outdoor use establish the physical framework.

03

Set the programme

Include decision dates, artwork delivery, production window, transport, installation, event duration and dismantling. International projects need additional logistics time.

04

Send the available assets

Vector logos, brand guidelines, product drawings, 3D files, colour references and inspirational images can be shared progressively; they do not need to be perfect before the first conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Plan with confidence.

Do I need a 3D file?+

No. A sketch or reference can start the discussion. A 3D file is useful for complex replicas but is not mandatory.

Should I provide a budget range?+

Yes, when possible. It helps the workshop align scale, finish and technical ambition with a realistic solution.

What venue details matter most?+

Dimensions, access, indoor or outdoor use, suspension, electricity, public circulation and installation times are the essentials.
