How much does a custom inflatable cost?
The main factors behind the price of a bespoke inflatable: geometry, size, material, graphics, equipment, testing and installation.

01
Geometry and development
A sphere based on an established pattern and a detailed sculptural replica require very different levels of design, pattern making and prototyping.
02
Scale and materials
Size affects membrane quantity, assembly time, attachments, inflation equipment, packing and handling. Transparent, glossy, printed and illuminated finishes also involve different production steps.
03
Graphics and technical equipment
Fine artwork, colour matching, internal lighting, DMX control, access, blowers and bespoke supports are defined during quotation so the visual and technical scope remains clear.
04
Transport and installation
Venue access, suspension, ballast, crew, working hours, testing and repeated use may represent a significant part of the complete project budget.
Frequently asked questions
Plan with confidence.
Can you quote from a sketch?+
Yes. A sketch, reference image or simple brief can support an initial discussion, but dimensions, use, venue and finish are needed for a reliable quotation.
Does a larger inflatable always cost proportionally more?+
Not necessarily. Development complexity, graphics and equipment may weigh more heavily than membrane area alone.
Is installation included?+
It can be included after the venue, access, dates, working hours and technical responsibilities have been defined.
