Replace a worn panel, add a different size or renew a series. The workshop fabricates transparent elements around your equipment’s format and fixing details. This service covers the panels and their finishes; it is not an offer to manufacture the complete tent.

Provide width, height, shape, openings and fixing details. Clearances, fixing centres and useful dimensions are agreed before manufacture.
Single panel or series
Single replacements and small series are assessed by the workshop. Specify quantities, the number of different models and the required date for a quotation.

Panels and sidewalls
Rectangular clear panels and transparent walls are made to the dimensions and perimeter details of your existing structure.
Curtains and windows
Clear curtains, full-clear panels or transparent windows integrated into PVC assemblies require the openings and joining details to be specified.
Gables and special shapes
Triangular gable panels and other shapes are developed from a dimensioned drawing showing the geometry and fixing positions.
Fabrication details
Specify the connection.
Fixings matter as much as panel dimensions. Compatibility is checked against the sample, drawing, tracks and assembly clearances. No universal compatibility with all tent brands is assumed.
- PVC bands and reinforcement
- Perimeter bands and local reinforcement are defined for assembly and attachment.
- Eyelets and straps
- Specify positions, centres and lengths on the drawing or provide the existing panel.
- Hook-and-loop fasteners and zips
- Connections and openings are made around panel layout and assembly direction.
- Keder edges
- The keder profile must match the receiving track, its dimensions and the existing fixing system.
