From brief to installation
A complete workshop approach.
We specify the material according to the project configuration and confirm technical documents for the chosen reference. Panel seams and welds, reinforced edges, eyelets, sleeves and hook-and-loop fasteners are adapted to the installation. Keder, beading or welt-type details can be considered where appropriate to the receiving track.
Screen fabric for your existing frame
If you already have a frame, JC Keller can manufacture the replacement projection surface to your dimensions. Send the finished opening, frame drawings, current fixing details and photographs. These establish how the surface will meet the structure and which measurements must be confirmed before manufacture.
Complete bespoke screens and large formats
For a new installation, the workshop develops the screen around its intended position, proportions and assembly. Large and very large surfaces can be made by welding panels together. Panel layout, seams, handling and the installation sequence are considered as part of the design.
Edges and fixing details
Finishes can include reinforced edges, eyelets, sleeves and hook-and-loop fasteners such as Velcro. Keder, beading or welt-type details can be considered where appropriate to the receiving track. Share a drawing or sample of the existing fixing so the workshop can assess compatibility.
A brief for stage, events and scenography
Tell us the required image area, venue, mounting arrangement, installation dates and projector configuration. Material selection and the technical documents for the chosen reference are confirmed for that project. A screen-only order and a complete screen have different scopes: make clear which elements you already have.
