French manufacturing
The luminous balloon is manufactured in our workshop located in Butess Chaumont in Paris. Created in 1958 by Jean Charles Keller, one of the first plastic artists, JC Keller has based itself on the inflatable design and put it to the benefit of a product of excellence, a clever mix of an old know-how and innovative DMX and led technologies.
The balloon is the historical product of JC Keller, which decorated in the 60s and 70s the TV sets of the ORTF located at the time in Buttes Chaumont, next to the workshop
